Privacy Policy

Starprint stores the birth details you give it so it can calculate your charts, and your email so you can sign in. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and you can delete your account and everything in it from your account page at any time.

Your email address, when you create an account. It is how you sign in and how we send password resets.

Birth details: the date, time and place of birth you enter, including the latitude and longitude of that place. These are the inputs your Human Design, astrology, numerology, Gene Keys and tarot readings are calculated from. If you create charts for other people, such as a partner or a child, those details are stored the same way.

A name or label you choose for each chart, so you can tell them apart.

Basic usage data: the page path you visited, the time, and your account id if you were signed in. We use it to see which parts of the site get used. There is no third party analytics service and no advertising identifier.

Messages you send us through the contact form, including the email address you provide.

If you use the quick PIN sign in, the PIN is salted and hashed in your browser and never leaves your device. Charts you have not saved to an account, your selected profile, and your own birth details can also live in your browser storage. Clearing your browser data removes them, and they are not recoverable.

We use a small number of service providers, and only for the purpose listed:

• Supabase, our database and sign in provider, stores your account and your saved charts.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes requests to it.
• Stripe handles payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We store only whether your plan is active.
• Open-Meteo turns a place name into coordinates when you search for a birth location. Only the place name you typed is sent. Your identity is not.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Go to your account page and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, your saved charts, and the birth details attached to them. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a shadow copy.

If you would rather we did it for you, or you cannot sign in, email us through the contact page and we will remove it.

Your account and charts are kept until you delete them. Contact messages are kept so we can follow up on the conversation. Usage records are kept in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Starprint is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. You may enter a child's birth details to generate a chart for them as their parent or guardian, which does not create an account for that child.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will update the date at the top of this page.
